  3. 3. Program Enrollment:
    1. a) AIU reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application at its discretion.
    2. b) Enrollment is subject to the availability of seats and the fulfillment of admission requirements.
  4. 4. Cancellation Before Commencement:
    1. a) If you decide to cancel your enrollment before the commencement of the program, no refunds will be issued.
    2. b) All fees collected are final and non-negotiable.
  5. 5. Program Commencement:
    1. a) Once the program has commenced, you are committed to completing the entire program, and no refunds will be provided for any reason.
  6. 6. Medical or Personal Emergency:
    1. a) In the case of a documented medical or personal emergency that prevents you from continuing the program, AIU may consider requests for special consideration.
    2. b) Requests for consideration must be submitted in writing and include supporting documentation, but approval does not guarantee a refund.
  7. 7. Cancellation by AIU:
    1. a) AIU reserves the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other reasons.
    2. b) In the event of program cancellation by AIU, enrolled students will be notified, and a full refund of any fees paid will not be provided.
  8. 8. Transfer of Enrollment:
    1. a) AIU may, at its discretion, allow the transfer of enrollment to a future program or a different session.
    2. b) Requests for transfer must be made in writing and are subject to availability and approval by AIU.
  9. 9. Code of Conduct:
    1. a) Users are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive learning environment.
    2. b) AIU reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who violates this code of conduct.
  10. 10. Intellectual Property:
    1. a) All content provided by AIU, including but not limited to course materials, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of AIU and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
  11. 11. Limitation of Liability:
    1. a) AIU is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during classes or events.
    2. b) AIU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
  12. 12. Modification of Terms:
    1. a) AIU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
