Ragging includes any disorderly conduct, whether by words spoken or written or by an act that has the effect of teasing, treating, handling with rudeness any other student, indulging in rowdy or indisciplined activities that cause or are likely to cause annoyance, hardship, or psychological harm or to raise fear or apprehension thereof in a fresher or a junior student.
Ragging, in any form, is strictly prohibited within the premises of Asian International University, including its hostels, buses, and any other property under the control of the university.

All students are encouraged to report incidents of ragging promptly to the designated authorities, including faculty members, administrative staff, or the university's anti-ragging committee. The identity of the complainant shall be kept confidential, and novictim shall be subjected to any victimization for filing a complaint.
The university shall provide support services to victims of ragging, including counseling and other forms of assistance to help them cope with the effects of the incident.
Asian International University shall conduct regular awareness and prevention programs to educate students about the negative consequences of ragging and promote a culture of respect, tolerance, and inclusivity.
All members of the university community, including students, faculty, and staff, are expected to comply with this anti-ragging policy. The policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
Asian International University adopts a zero-tolerance approach towards ragging. Any individual found to be involved in ragging shall face severe consequences, without exception.
