Information Regarding Convocation Certificate

1. The 1st Convocation of Asian International University is proposed to be held before July 2026.
2. Students of Certificate, Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. programmes are eligible to apply.
3. Only those students who have successfully completed their programme on or before March/April 2026 shall be eligible.
4. Students must submit the prescribed Convocation Application Form within the notified deadline.
5. Degree, Diploma, and Certificate documents will be awarded only during the official Convocation Ceremony.
6. No Degree or Diploma Certificate shall be issued before the Convocation Ceremony.
7. Students may choose to receive the certificate either in person or through post/courier.
8. Applicable Convocation and Postal Charges will be displayed automatically in the application form.
9. Students must ensure that their Name, Roll Number, Enrollment Number, Programme, and Faculty details are correctly filled.
10. All details entered in the application form must strictly match the official University records.
11. Eligible students are required to contact their concerned Department/School for verification and approval.
12. Registration for Convocation will be considered complete only after successful verification by the University.
13. A Convocation Pass will be generated after approval of the registration process.
14. Students can download the Convocation Pass from the Student Login Portal.
15. Entry to the Convocation Ceremony will be permitted only with a valid Convocation Pass.
16. Students attending the ceremony must follow the prescribed dress code issued by the University.
17. Students unable to attend physically may apply to receive their certificate by post.
18. The University shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect postal addresses.
